Assisted Living at College Park Club

At College Park Club, our resident focused care philosophy means providing superior care to every one of our residents' everyday. Our TLC approach helps our residents develop special relationships with the people responsible for assisting them and that means better care. College Park Club caregivers provide 24 hour nursing assistance, daily bathing, dressing and grooming assistance, three homemade meals each day, linen and laundry services, housekeeping services and transportation to and from doctor's appointments. Our residents also can take advantage of our in-house Beauty and Barber shop and the professional services of our Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists. For those residents needing a secured specialized programmed environment, College Park Club provides a safe haven for residents with Alzheimer and dementia or other related memory loss.

We also work to create a home like environment that nurtures well being, offers individual choices, respects privacy and most importantly creates a sincere loving environment that involves family and friends.

The Emeritus Alzheimer's and related Dementia Special Care Program called "Emeritus Join Their Journey" is designed with a clear understanding of the disease process to provide superior and individual resident focused care. We know our residents intimately by spending time with them and their loved ones to build a personal biography. This becomes the basis for our resident focused care.

In Heritage Hall, at College Park Club, our caregivers focus on the resident's wants and needs based on their biography. We strive to address all their needs with a personalized supportive environment. Understanding the resident's past experiences and personal preferences, allows us to provide for the physical, social, emotional, cultural, spiritual and functional needs of our residents. We do this through an on going process of gathering information from family members and significant others.
