Housekeeping and flat laundry is done for you every two weeks or weekly depending on your service package. Continental breakfast and a nutritious lunch or dinner with soup and salad bar are included daily. There is no need to worry about getting to the grocery store, or doctor appointments, other special events or shopping, as our scheduled transportation will get you there. The Cascades mission is to create an environment in which residents can continue to enjoy their individuality, their independence and dignity in a supportive environment. To ensure this, our Health Services Director, prior to your move-in, meets with you personally to assist in determining how the Cascades can best meet your needs. The Cascades is recognized by many area physicians as one of Tucson's top assisted living and independent communities. We take great pride in having created an environment where relationships with family members are strengthened, and where the individuality, independence and dignity of each resident is maintained.
