Your monthly rental fee provides access to many shared areas: gracious dining rooms for restaurant-style dining and entertaining, cozy living rooms with fireplaces, library, cocktail lounge, ice cream parlor and sundry shop, beauty parlor and barber shop, fitness and wellness center, computer center and more. The monthly fee also provides a full complement of services, from delicious heart-smart meals prepared by our executive chef and served by our experienced staff to weekly housekeeping to our 24 hours a day call response system. Linen service is also included, as are washers and dryers on each floor. Should you require assistance with personal care now or in the future, you may receive it in your own apartment for an additional fee.
