Welcome to Loyalton of Phoenix. We offer the perfect complement of assisted living services for seniors who need help with daily living, but want to maintain as much independence as possible. All of our services are tailored to the resident's individual needs. So you and your family will have peace of mind knowing that you'll get all the personalized care and extra support you need- but only when and if you need it. With so much available, many of our residents never require services beyond the assisted living level. Loyalton of Phoenix opened in February 1999, and is conveniently located on 40th Street, one block south of Union Hills Drive. Residents have a choice of five different floor plans, each equipped with spacious, private bathrooms. All of our apartments have kitchenettes, with full-size refrigerators and microwaves included. Loyalton offers a variety of recreational activities and scheduled transportation to medical appointments, shopping and special outings. Our residents also enjoy spending time in common areas throughout the community, such as the exercise room, ice cream parlor, chapel and library. Here at Loyalton, we offer the perfect complement of housing, health care, support services, meals, activities and many extra amenities for seniors who can no longer live on their own, but want to maintain their independence. These are all provided in one customized Service Care Plan. Daily care is provided by a team of dedicated nurses and caregivers who offer all of the personalized care and support the resident needs.
