INTRODUCTION Park View at South Pantops is a joint development by The Shelter Group, an award-winning, experienced provider of affordable housing for seniors, and the Jefferson Area Board for Aging (JABA). The building, its amenities, and each apartment were designed with the need of today's seniors in mind. Residents enjoy social and recreational activities and program provided through JABA as well as the convenience of being nestled along the Rivanna River just minutes from the shops and amenities of Rt. 250. Our residents love their large, light-filled apartments, the friendly atmosphere, the staff, the convenience, and not having to worry about maintenance or bad weather. We would be excited to show off our community by giving you a tour. Please note that Park View at South Pantops is restricted to those 62 years of age and older and there are income limits.
